To establish a foundation, critical employees must be able to identify where the business is today and where it is going. Defining the business and its customers and competitors; outlining goals, actions, and critical constraints; having measurable benchmarks and unique selling propositions are all necessary parts of this process. A final employee-driven Strategic Plan will be the outcome of this Program.
To optimize business effectiveness, Program 2 provides methods for critical employees to increase productivity by following 11 key steps to leverage strengths, abilities and resources; to refocus time; effectively delegate; work in successful teams; and to simplify by consolidating complex processes and maximizing resources. Businesses need to have the people, processes, and systems to optimize potential, as explained in this Program.
In Program 3, critical employees will learn the methods and ways to effectively; increase revenue; develop a marketing plan; build brand loyalty; reduce selling costs; shorten the sales cycle; optimize pricing and products. Without preparation, businesses may grow too quickly causing challenges with capacity, or pivoting to market shifts. This program readies employees to build a business prepared for the future.
Mastering the sales process is critical to any successful business. Program 4 focuses on the components which lead to closing more sales. Clearly defining the ideal prospect; expanding prospect sources; applying strategies and tactics to establish rapport; identifying prospects’ problems and presenting solutions; asking great questions; and identifying buying signals to overcome objections and obstacles so employees can close sales every time.
This final Program circles back to the foundations of knowing thyself and the business. This is because all great businesses need impactful leadership. Critical employees must learn to lead effectively by taking responsibility; articulating and communicating vision, mission, strategic values and purpose; establishing and implementing clear tactics; identifying and managing stress; blending strategy with reality; aligning people with goals; and executing and being self-aware.
Starting a business can be overwhelming for owners and employees who lack experience in the private sector. This 12 weeks of training will help to build employee business acumen so they can optimize sales, service, process, and deliver on the promise of your brand.
