Julie has spent 20+ years in the profession of occupational therapy as clinician, business owner, and leader. She worked extensively with other health professionals and trained and mentored dozens of students and new hires. She built systems and ways of working that improved efficiencies, organized businesses, dealt with mergers and acquisitions, and founds ways to help clinicians thrive. 

Julie studied business and continues to study healthcare leadership. On her journey Julie also worked in regulation and understands regulatory processes, requirements, and how complaints and compliance are handled. Julie is always open to conversations about how she can share knowledge to improve the work and personal lives of other professionals.
